When did you start?
Ten years ago, at least. I like hugs and people always need. And the least you will, is the most in need.
Why did?
had a barber shop in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat and all my customers asked if they could give them a hug when I was a bit of confidence with them. There were people who only came for a hug, said it was as if the batteries recharged.
And is it really so?
course. You are giving your energy to the other person. At first it may be fear or rejection, but that energy transmitted suits you, in your body, acts and notes.
Do you need art?
Mmmm ... A good hug has to last a little bit. It can not be the typical pat hug. It is always better arm higher than the other, not both at the same height. The more sostientes embrace more and more noticeable one is charged. You can even get to feel how that person is mentally.
